Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow- Anime Reveals New Visual, January 2025 Premiere

Aniplex unveiled a brand new key visible and the January 2025 premiere date for Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow-, the second season of the anime of author Chugong and the late artist DUBU‘s (REDICE Studio) Solo Leveling manhwa, throughout the Aniplex On-line Fest stream on Monday.

The stream additionally revealed a compilation movie for the anime’s first season titled Solo Leveling -ReAwakening-, which will even present the primary two episodes of the second season. The screenings will open in Japan on November 29. Aniplex unveiled a teaser for the screening.

The anime’s first season debuted in Japan on January 6. Crunchyroll added the English dub of the anime on January 20.

Crunchyroll describes the story:

It has been over a decade for the reason that sudden look of the “gates”—the paths that join our world with a unique dimension. Since then, sure people have woke up to supernatural powers. We name these people “hunters.” Hunters make their residing through the use of their powers to beat dungeons contained in the gates. Shunsuke Nakashige (Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory) directed the anime sequence at A-1 Pictures, and Noboru Kimura (Gundam Build Divers, Nyaruko: Crawling with Love!) served as the top author. Tomoko Sudo (Alice in Borderland, Fragtime) designed the characters, and Hiroyuki Sawano (Attack on Titan, Blue Exorcist, Kill la Kill, Mobile Suit Gundam UC) composed the music.

BTS sibling idol group TOMORROW X TOGETHER and composer Hiroyuki Sawano (SawanoHiroyuki[nZk]) carried out the opening theme music “LEveL.”

The manhwa adaptation of Chugong‘s Solo Leveling novel sequence, with illustrations by DUBU, launched on Webtoon companies in March 2018 and led to December 2021. Yen Press publishes the manhwa and unique novel sequence in English. Kadokawa publishes the manhwa in Japanese beneath the title Ore Dake Level-Up na Ken (I am the Solely One Who Has Leveled Up).

The manhwa can be inspiring a Korean live-action adaptation.
