Ciao Deluxe launched as a supplementary journal to Shogakukan‘s Ciao journal, and was revealed 3 times a 12 months in 1999. In 2000 and 2001, it was revealed 4 instances a 12 months, and from 2002 to 2005 it was revealed 5 instances a 12 months, till it moved to its present bimonthly (each different month) publication in 2006.
The journal had a renewal and relaunched in 2014 and have become a separate journal from Ciao.
