One Piece: Fish-Man Island Will Get a Special Improved Version Starting on October 27

ONE PIECE has announced a SPECIAL EDITED VERSION for its Fish-Man Island Saga, which will premiere on October 27. This was announced right after the TV anime’s break, which will last until April 2025 to offer an improved quality of the Egghead Island arc going forward. These episodes will be available exclusively on Crunchyroll in select regions for one month before becoming accessible on other platforms worldwide

The new version of the Fish-Man Island Saga will feature 58 episodes condensed into 21, featuring modern visuals and improved sound.

The ending theme song will be “Sailing” by BE:FIRST, which was previously teased. The opening theme will be a special version of the “We Go!” theme song. You can watch the anime comparison and hear the new ending video on the official upload of the news segment below. The ending begins around the 9:40 mark.

ONE PIECE anime is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary with several projects and collaborations. Some of them were the Las Vegas take over, a T-Shirt collaboration with UNIQLOa gaming chair collection with TTRacinga special recap video, among many other projects.

There is also the upcoming remake by WIT Studio, as well as the 2nd season of the live-action series, which recently revealed the first look at Chopper and Drum Island.

ONE PIECE Episode 1123 & Chapter 1129 Release Date

Episode 1123 of the anime is expected premiere on October 27, a week after the “ONE PIECE FAN LETTER” episode. The ONE PIECE manga will release chapter 1129 later today. You can watch the anime on Crunchyroll and Netflix, while you can catch up to the latest manga chapter for free on either the VIZ website or the MANGA Plus website.
