2nd Annual ‘Anime-Fest’ returning to Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – Anime lovers are being invited to come out and live out their dreams in person at the National Corvette Museum.

The event will be taking place on Oct. 20 at the National Corvette Museum. The whole family is invited to come out and experience the love of anime.

Those who attend can enjoy different vendors, attractions, a dedicated space for video games, and cosplay contests.

Multiple voice actors will also be in attendance for the event. Voice actor Laurie Hymes, who has been in well-known anime roles, including Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Transformers, and many more, will be in attendance. Voice actor and scriptwriter Katelyn Barr, who is well known for her roles in many movies, including My Hero Academy and Fruit Basket, will also be in attendance.

Tickets are $20 to attend the event for adults and kids ages 11 and under get in free. Parking for the event is free.
